This dress was an absolute show-stopper. My father said it took his breath away (he never says things like that!).
The dress was used and in excellent condition when I bought it. Normally when you buy a dress like this, you would also have to have a tailor install layers of crinoline which can be very pricey, but this dress already has the layers as well as a light hoop at the bottom to keep it full and away from your legs while you walk.
I am 5'5" and wore low heels (so I wouldn't be taller than my husband) and the dress was touching the ground a bit. You can easily wear this dress in shoe heights up to 5'9" or more because the bottom is not a straight across edge.
