Soft tulle dress with wrap-over draping from the heart-shape neckline to the A-line silhouette skirt.
I also wore this dress with a beautiful silk Jim Hjelm couture ribbon belt (see pictures). The price is for the dress ($1,175) and belt ($880) together. Because the dress and belt were professionally cleaned and preserved together (have not been removed from the Prestige Preservation box), I am including the belt as part of the sale as I do not want to open the acid-free preservation packaging and risk harming the dress.
