This is a one-of-a-kind Lazaro runway sample gown (inner designer label intact)—and it looks the part! I purchased it at the Glamour Closet in San Francisco and was told that it was never put into commercial production, because the design was too detailed. The floral vine bead-work extends from the top of the bodice asymmetrically down the top tier of the skirt, which is magnificent in its own right—with plenty of flounces and volume. I wore it once for my celestial, planetarium wedding and felt absolutely enchanting.
The dress was hemmed to approximately 5’8’’. The bodice boning and top-line were also taken in, but this can be easily reversed. (It was done non-destructively. )
