This dress is a two- peice set. The skrit is a tulle ball gown skirt. The dress had a couple of alternations. It was hemmed and taken in the sides a little. I'm 5'4 and wore my dress with sandals and it was perfect. The dress has no rips or tears. It doesn't have any stains just a little dirty under the dress, so you can't even see it. I have attached a picture showing underneath the dress. A little cleaning will take it out if it bothers you. After alternations the dress cost me about $1600 and I'm asking for $800 or OBO.
