Strapless neckline with slight contour; empire waist with ribbon.  Vertically paneled, silk skirt that creates a waved effect.  The official skirt type is a-line, but with the waved panels, the skirt is very full.  The bodice is very detailed with small tulle flowers with sparkly beaded centers; there are sparce sequince around the bodice.
