Lea Ann Belter "Tess" dress with matching bolero is a sample size 8 and a street size 4. It is an unworn sample in very good condition. There are 2 buttons that need to be reattached to back of the dress (the 2nd and 9th buttons from the top), but I have the buttons along with an extra and it is a very minor and inexpensive repair. One of the attached pictures shows where the buttons are missing as well as the small pouch containing 3 extra buttons.
