Other Beach unclassified dresses

I bought this dress with Grace Kelly elegance on the mind. I love this dress; however, it wasn't THE dress! I know someone else will look stunning in it so give it a chance:)  There is a big full skirt and train! Brand NEW! Ordered and changed my mind. This dress has NEVER been worn or altered. I didn't even want to put it on for pictures so you will be getting a brand new dress! Please buy and enjoy I broke my moms heart when I decided it wasn't the dress:(
