I purchased this gown brand new with all tags attatched. Due to unfortunate circumstances I never got to wear this gown. This dress has a corset back and can fit size up or down. Its never been worn for an event or altered. The material is oganza. It is strapless but It comes with spaghetti straps that can be added.
